IIM Jammu, established by the Government of India in 2016, is looking for faculty members in the area of Business Communication, Business Policy & Strategic Management, Economics & Business Environment, Finance & Accounting, HRM/OB, IT Systems & Analytics, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain Management:
Minimum Qualification and Experience (for all faculty positions): Ph.D. in appropriate discipline with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout with minimum experience as mentioned on the website.
The pay carries allowances such as HRA/semi-furnished leased accommodation, LTC, medical reimbursement, children education allowance, NPS, reimbursement of telephone bills, incentive for research publications, faculty development fund for attending national and international conferences, membership of professional bodies etc. as per IIM Jammu policy. Faculty members are permitted to pursue management consulting with income sharing with the Institute as per rules. IIM Jammu is also looking for Professor of Practice.
