Engagement of Guest Instructor in Women ITI Jammu for the Academic Session 2018-19

Applications are invited from the interested candidates for engagement of Guest Instructor in Women ITI Jammu for conducting training in the following trade(s) on the basis of Minimum Prescribed qualification mentioned against the trade.

Interested candidates will submit the applications on the prescribed format forming unman« “A” to this advertisement notice within seven days from the date of publication of the notice in Newspaper

The duly Completed Application Form in the prescribed format must be accompanied with the self attested copies of the following Certificates /documents.

1. Academic/Technical Qualification Certificates /Marks Certificates .
2. O.B Certificate.
3. Permanent Residence Certificate.
4. Character Certificate.
5. Experience certificate. if any.
6. In case of age bar. Govt. Recruitment rules shall be followed.

The Engagement of Guest instructor will be for the Academic session 2018-19 only on need basis. The assignment of the engage shall be terminated without any prior notice whenever the undersigned desires due to non performance by the engagcc/if regular appointments/ transfers arc made by the Department

The criteria for Engagement of the candidate as Guest Instructor and remuneration to be paid shall be observed strictly as per the Directorate of Technical Education J&K Circular No. DTE/101AVfise 212-11 ActV236- 2400. dated 19/10/17 and circular no. DTE/F-stt/101/280-1U21131-40, dated 10/8/2018

‘The candidates engaged shall have to maintain proper discipline and punctuality and shall have to work to the entire satisfaction of the students as well as the Superintendent Indiscipline of any kind will entail disengagement.

The engaged candidate shall have to execute an agreement with the Department on the prescribed format duly attested by the First class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that they shall have no claim for permanent absorption in the department on the sole ground of their engagement as Guest instructor for the specific period.

Mere submission of application or eligibility shall not entitle any candidate for this engagement and the engagement shall be made only as per the requirement available. Incomplete application (not supported with documents) shall be rejected without any notice to the candidate.

The candidates who have applied earlier in response to this office advertisement Notice ITI/W1/473-77. dated. 22/09/2018. need not to apply again. However. their merit will be considered on the of minimum qualification mentioned above.

Trades	Minimum Prescribed Qualification
Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (English) (self Finance)	Metric with fil/NTC in Stenographer (English). minimum speed 65 wpm In shorthand & 35 wpm in typewriting. Preference will be giv to those candidates who have passed ATVCTI course in the relevant trade.
