Eligibility requirements

i) Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade inOGPA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the concerned subject.

ii) Ph.D degree (with course work) in concerned subject as prescribed by the UGC Regulations 2009.(Ph.D relaxable for candidates holding  Post-graduation Degree in Veterinary Sciences/M.Tech degree in relevant field of Agricultural Engineering, along with one publication in NAAS rated /referred journal & NET).

iii) NET or at least two full length publications having a NAAS ratingof not less than 04, on the last date of submission of application.

OR

II. i) Master’s degree with 55% marks or equivalent grade in OGPA or equivalent post graduate qualification in the concerned subject.

ii) Ph.D degree(without course work) in the concerned subject

iii) NET.

III. i) Professional Degree in the concerned subject.

The Guest/part time teacher shall be paid @ Rs. 1000/= per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 21500/= p.m

How to apply

Interested eligible candidates shall report for walk-In-Interview in the Directorate of Education, Shalimar along with application duly addressed to Director Education, SKUAST-K, Shalimar affixed with recent photograph and brief bio-data giving full details of academic records and personnel information.

The applicant is required to deposit Rs.500/= in the shape of Bank draft pledged to Comptroller, SKUAST-Kashmir and payable at J&K Bank, SKUAST-K, Shalimar
