Applications through online mode are invited from the permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State possessing the prescribed academic/professional qualifications and age for the posts of Assistant Draftsman (Translation), Assistant Legal Remembrancer/Public Law Officer in Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Department as per the category- wise break-up tabulated below: –

IMPORTANT

The Commission has developed an online Application Form for the Direct Recruitment posts. The Application Form together with instructions for filling up the Application Forms will be available at the website of the Commission from 30 .01.2018.

Candidates are advised to go through the instructions and all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the post before filing the online Application Form.

Last date for filing of online Application complete in all respects is 16.03.2018(Extended). Last date for submission of fee /bank challan is 16.03.2018(Extended)

Candidates will also be required to submit a hard copy of the downloaded online application form alongwith the bank challan/e-receipt and the other requisite documents at J&K Public Service Commission, Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu/Solina, Srinagar upto 04.03.2018 or by registered post by or before 04.03.2018 along with the bank challan/e-receipt.[/box]

Explanation Assistant Draftsman (Translation):-

1. Two years continuous actual practice at bar. (Certificate from the Principal District and Session Judge concerned).
2. Three years experience in translation of legal documents. (Certificate from concerned Principal District and Session Judge or in case of in-service candidates from the concerned Head of the Department.)
3. Proficiency in Urdu language. (Certificate from any University having passed examination with Urdu as one of the subjects at Graduate level)
